My Subscription is out of date! How do I update my payment method?

Please navigate to the billing section of our portal ( and proceed to "Subscription" to update the payment option associated with monthly billing.

Step 1: Go to
Step 2: log in to your account.
Step 3: select "Billing" from the menu that appears when moving the cursor over your name in the top right of the screen.
Step 4: Once the page had loaded select "Subscriptions"
Step 5: Click "Pay"
Step 6: Proceed to Check Out
