How Do I Correct a Failed Subscription Charge?
To correct a failed monthly subscription please navigate to 'billing' within your Podetize Client Portal Account.

Instructions:
Step 1: Log in to https://cp.podetize.com/.
Step 2: Hover on your name shown on the top right of the webpage.
Step 3: Click 'Billing" from the dropdown menu that will appear.
Step 4: Click "Pay" on the order that is shown as "Failed"
- If the order does not have a "Pay" Button please click "My Subscription" then upon loading click "Renew Subscription"
Step 5: Add the preferred payment method to the checkout.
Step 6: Click "Proceed"
A thank you page will load and a receipt of the order will be sent via email.
